FAQs

Q: How should I send my data to Action?
A: We recommend only sending data via secure transfer methods. We offer encrypted file upload through our website, a PGP key to encrypt your file before emailing, and a secure FTP site. We ask that you only send data that is relevant to your specific project.

Q: Does Action offer email services?
A: YES! We offer a variety of options to integrate electronic messaging into your current campaigns or to create stand-alone campaigns. To learn more, click on the Interactive section on the Services tab.

Q: How do I need to design my mail piece to ensure I get the best postage discount?
A: The USPS has been refining their requirements in an effort to gain better processing efficiency, so please contact your Action Account Manager for any questions on your mail piece design.
